TSB on window felt

TSB on window felt

I have seen that there is a TSB on window tint getting scratched does this mean ford will fix it for free, for after my great incident with the cop making me take it off with the razor i want to get it replaced but I want my felt to be fixed first

Do you happen to know the TSB number?

If Ford will replace my tint for free because of the scratches... woo hoo!
(Just moved to NC, illegal tint from FL

Just went through all this with my local dealer. They will not repair scratched aftermarket tint unless it was applied by the factory. Sorry guys. They sell a kit at http://www.automoleskin.com/ford.htm I put it on a couple weeks ago and had my windows retinted. No scratches......yet.
