ORIGINAL: Trill Gear Head

Woudln't their be a way to install the DOHC heads from the FPV 4.0 onto our 4.0 as i believe their basically the same motor.
No the FPV is an inline 6 not a V6.

ooooh ooooooh read my post

what about Ford Europes Cosworth heads? suposedly Cosworth makes DOHC heads for the Cologne V6 2.9L used in the ford Scorpio, our 4.0 is a bored and stroked german Cologne V6....so douse anyone know if the european DOHC heads will fit? Its probably not that simple is it?

yeah it would be impossible to use inline six heads on a v6

We should look into the cosworth heads... European block is definitely the origin for our current engine, and I'd love to see a DOHC 4.0
If it's feasible, I'll probably be the first one of the few to swap it on.
