The BFG's suck, but the pneros actually are pretty good. They hooked better than my Nittos.
Yes, The BFG's suck A$$

Hummm, Interesting. My GT Takeoff's should be here sometime this year from saleen LOL. Would be nice if they hook better.

good runs man
what tires are you on
do you heat them up
do you drive through the water box
i can help you with some tips if you want me to
I am on the stock 16" wheels and tires.........

yes I am heating the tires. I am on it about 4000rpm about 5-7 seconds to get a nice burnout. There is no way with the traction issues last night I would be able to launch the car without heating the tires" Not like it mattered" LOL. The car is putting down crazy torque now. I Def needs tires now........

Eric

Actually those long 5-7 seconds burnouts were hurting you more than helping you... For regular street radials you DO NOT want to do a long burn out... it actually makes them more slippery... For street radials you want to drive around the waterbox and give them a quick spin just to clean the dirt off...

tried that, Did not work..... That was the last pass of the night. went around the water box, Spun enough to just take the crap off and went to the line. That was the worst 60 of the night.
