If you plan on using a tuner and tune to compliment your CAI down the road.....

Save your money and buy a package from a reputable tuner.....

CAI's that do not requiere a tuner/tune will not satidfy your needs later when you get the tuner/tune..... I did it and ended up wasting my money......my .02

MRT cold air intake...don't need a retune

www.mustangracing.com

check it out. I made my own intake I mean if you feel like sawing the MAF housing off ur stock air boot then you can make ur own cold air intake for about $40. If you want to do that, PM me, i'll tell ya and show ya pics.

The K & N Aircharger doesn't require a retune either. They claim a little more than a 7hp gain.

I got my XCal2 from Brenspeed. I kept the K & N, even theough it doesn't "require" a tune. I've still seen a huge gain with my performance. I would imagine that if I sent with a C & L I would get even more, but I knew nothing about tuning when I got the K & N. In all honesty, you can't go wrong with it IMO.
