Default Coolant Tank Leak

I noticed that I was losing coolant but I couldn't see any signs of a leak until tonight. It looks as if the coolant is leaking from on top coming from underneath the cap. I can see the stains on the tank from the antifreeze. Has anyone had a similiar issue like this? I checked to see if the cap was tight and it was. It has happened twice now. Any help is appreciated.

Only thing I can think of is to take it in and get a new tank...Can you see a crack?

Those caps can be funny. Look at the seals and check for damage or dry rot. Changes in temperatures can make them go bad. (Remember the space shuttle Challenger...) Anyway if its not that, there could be a clog in one of the hoses (particularly the vent hose) and it might not be letting the system vent properlyultimatelycausing the exess pressure from the hot coolant to force its way out of the cap.

Read this, it might shine some light on the situation.
