Default 2005 mustang chassis

I was talking to the guy who wrecked my Car and for all the people who want to no did i let some one drive it HELL NO i diddnt, I was getting my double din radio put in he was not suppose to start ****ing around in it i had no idea it was a inpropbal cause it should of never happened. But any ways i was talking to the guy who wrecked my car he said he boke part of my chassis on my passenger side and some one told me that mmight mean they have to total it out. But Please post what yah think please

most times when u report frame damage to insurance theyll total it out. was this at a shop? the lawsuit could pay for a new GT along wit insurance money. with some mods

yah at bestbuy when i was gettin my double din screen pput in he said he think he damage the chassis cause my whole axle was hang like dangling down

no no no so far he did the right thing now just contact a law firm and file a law suit for damages and if they do have to total it youll get a pretty big setllement. id advise it bcuz thats ****ed up there is no reason that should have happened to just put in a head unit. its outrageous. id def get some money and you can either get some diff or have some cash to hook it up. could end up bein a blessin in disguise happened to my friend. he took his bmw in for service and he got it back a day later the engine caught fire they moved some wire and it heated up and totaled the car cuz it melted most of the engine bay. the car was worth about 26 grand he ended up with 39 because it was the dealerships fault. thankfully we jus had a photoshoot n the pics show that no wire was there and then when they inspected. so it might be nice i mean it still sux but ya never know how it could work out.
