Default Navigation & Exhaust Question

Okay, I just got my 2007 V6, Manual, Pony Package. I plan to make two immediate upgrades and then just enjoy my 'Stang. First is a navigation system. I see many have recommended the Pioneer AVIC Z1. Has anyone had experience with the Pioneer AVIC N-3?

Second, and the one that i'm debating the most is adding a true dual exhaust conversion. I think i've narrowed it down to the Magnaflow 16605s and the JBAs. (i've been sound clip surfing until it's like smelling cologne after a few bottles it becomes the same ...). My concern is cutting the rear bumper on the driver side. Is this as minor as some people make it sound? I just don't want my bumper looking jacked after the install.

Any input is welcomed. thanks.

There are threads about this mod. You should check them out. Here's one that's pretty good. http://www.burdweiser.com/Mustang/mustang_exhaust.htmPretty much what I did. One tip though:Try cuttingthe hole a little undersized then open it up to the finished dimension using a drill motor with a drum sander attachment. The hole will be perfect.

dont get an avic n-3 there is too much moving parts and when the screen opens up and goes up it will block all of your controls....useles... Get an avic d1, d2, or d3 my brother has the d1 in his car and they are the same size as the radio and has a full sized screen. These are a grand list or cheaper, the z1 has the unnecessary hard drive that adds a ton of money to the price. For that much extra you could get an ipod adapter and have 60 gb of music in there. Endless possibilities. Ask me any questions you may have about this stereo or the pypes dual exhaust....Both are great.
