Thanks! The quarter window scoops are made by Vtech, which I suspect to be a sister company of AVS and GTstyling or something. They cost me $69 off ebay, and come as real vented louvers, so visibility is still very good for checking the ol' blind spots. If you want more info I can get the seller's acct name and see if they still sell them, just PM me.
