Shelby GT-H's only come in automatic. They are just Shelby GT's with an automatic, and a Shelby GT is just a Mustang GT with a mildly more aggressive tune, slighly better intake, FRPP handling package, and the FRPP X-pipe.
I don't think a 4.0 without boost could keep up with one.
