Default quick question

could a v6 with headers duals tune intake and a 100 shot of zex beat a stock or lightly modified gt 05+
i saw some dyno results in the latest issue of modified mustang and the v6 with just a drop in intake and tune and 100 shot put down 276 rwhp and 364 rwtq

I doubt it, because stock GT are 290 HP much less a GT with a CAI/Tune.

It would be close though.

gt's are not 290 to the wheels. its more like 275ish not to mention v6 is a hundred or so pounds lighter. + i figured i'd have a tq advantage on him

True... but they do have better suspension and tires.

Like I said it would be close.

255-265 rwhp-ish stock GT on the dyno. Each 10 pounds equates to about 1 hp, so 200 pounds is like an additional 20 hp.
