Default New Dyno Numbers!!!!

Just put my car on the rollers today for fun.

198hp/221tq

Dual JBA H-pipe
VMP filter/ghetto intake
91 performance tune

I figure not bad?
72 degrees, 27% humidity.

I want to go with the procharger with 12lbs but I need shocks first because mine are blown or going out quickly. And new brakes as well because I already can't stop the 20's.

There respectable #'s for what you have. Are you an auto or stick? HD Brakes and new shocks are gonna set you back a few hundread easily. [&o]Gonna have to wait a little more time to get blown .

I have a lot of road racing plans actually. I am not really much of a straight line guy. Ofcourse once i get more work done i'll drag it but not for a while. It's too slow for me take out there as it sits. I don't have pictures of the run, I thought of that after. I was in the car so kinda hard to do it that way. I have the dyno sheet but i have to go to my other house and scan it.

I am going with tokico d specs or koni's which are 550-700, and probably gt500 front brake upgrade ,with 14" rear rotors, lines, pads as well. I am tired of not being able to stop when i want...If anyone knows the best place to get that setup, let me know. I want 14" rotors front and rear, lines, pads, 4pistons fronts, and stock rear calipers.

I bet you put 205-210rwhp on the equivalent dynojet. You seem to have similar setup but with shorties. Maybe a little higher than im not sure.

I get to dyno my roommates 98ss camaro next week probably.. That should put down about 370-375...

A question about the procharger, I am looking to run 12lbs atleast on a stock motor which puts my effective compression ratio over 12.5:1 which is the highest reccomend for pump gas I think, however what precautions should i take when doing one of those setups? Motor wise.

Intercooled with a good dyno tune, the Prochager can go 12's. I personally would also shim the valve springs when you go with 12lbs of boost or more.
