I'm looking at the same setup pretty soon, in regards to the XCharger and Aluminum Driveshaft. I think with an aggressive tune it can reach 300 at the wheels, but I wouldn't push it much past that without upgrading some internal parts. Could be mistaken, but I think that is the info. I've read on this and other boards.

Probably not. The only X to have ever made it over the 300rwhp mark was the one running the prototype intercooler. With the intercooler it should be no problem.

well one built motor made over 300rwhp on a mustang dyno, and one hit 299rwhp on a stock motor on a dynojet.

long tube headers might be enough to break 300rwhp.

Gosh... sure wish I'd had mine tuned before I left for Iraq. I've got the long-tube Macs, no cats, Corsa mufflers, aluminum driveshaft, the 93-octane tune and, while I had the 3.0 pulley at the time... I had the 2.8 put on after I deployed. I'd been wondering how close I was to the 300 RWHP mark. Oh... water/meth injection with Boost Juice, too... forgot that. Hmmm.

Doesn't matter, though, now. I'll have the intercooler on as soon as it's available.

Some manual x-charger w/a 93 tune I thought eclipsed 300rwhp? No? Forgot his name, I believe his on Mustang Collec.. LT's,2.8 pulley, and a hi-po x should put you really close, especially with a 93 tune. Thehi-flow cats are gonna hurt you though.Somebody ran a test ona 290rwhp~ car. And the differences between hi-flowcats and no cats was8-10rwhp.BTW, Iwas told a million times that an aluminum driveshaft shows no dyno gains. Good Luck with the project!
