I didn't call you out? Sorry if Isounded rude. I just stated what I knew based on your mods. AndI just wanted to mention if you were running the 18's, they'd be useless and hurting you atthe power level your atright now. I don't see where I could have called you out at all though? I even gave you a bunch of tipsto better your et. Sorry if I did something wrong.[&:]

RE: i need top end power at the dragstrip!!!!
i love when people give out drag racing advice when they havent even been to the track with their car.
when i was n/a i was able to cut 1.9xx 60's all day on the 17" dr's (less sidewall then the 16, so harder to launch on) and one 1.898
if you get lca's and a uca, and tlok and gears, u should be able to put the tires into the low 20s, or high teens, take it to 4500 and let her rip. assuming the track is prepped worth a ****

4500? really i always thought i was little high on the launch?
but ill give it a shot next time out
also fazm, when you had your car as n/a were you able to get a burnout going at the track in 2nd gear?
becasue i think i might be able to launch better with more heat in them

With the automatic Itried just letting it idle and hitting it, to taking the RPM's up to where the rear tires were just about to break free and finally settled on the 1500-1800 range as giving me the best so far. I'm sure this next season I will be playing with it some more searching for the "perfect" combination (which will be different each time depending upon track prep, temperature, etc).

i did my burnouts in 1st gear still.
and with sticky tires, 4500 aint notin. i launch that high now (sometimes higher) with over 400rwhp.
when i say launch at 4500 dont just sidestep the clutch. its a technique. quick slip.
