Default Question About Window Tint

Well, this question is pertaining to the GA law of window tinting. If your not aware, Georgia's tint law is 32%, but you can get it waived by having sensitive eyes. I in fact have sensitive eyes (even if I didn't, I would say I did ), but I don't know how to go about getting the "permission" to tint the front glass.

Has anyone done this in Georgia or any other state? Do you talk with your eye doctor, or the DMV? God I hope not the DMV but if thats where I have to go...

ANY help would be appreciated and thanks for reading!

I did this in Virginia and there is a form on the VA DMV site that you have to fill out and get and eye doctor or physician to fill out their part. Then you mail it into the DMV and they review it.

Not here in Virginia even with a waiver you can only get 35% all around. That is no wear near dark enough to prohibit you from driving at night so don't know where you live but might want to check the laws
