What is it you are trying to do? Load tunes from your computer to your tuner? or load tunes from your tuner into your car?

http://www.sctflash.com/tsupdates.php

Get the windows device drivers first. Then get the Device Update Software (Live load). Should be pretty straightforward after that. Make sure you connect the X3 after installing the drivers first. And if you already have 3 tunes on the X3, you'll need to over-write one.

Yeah it's pretty easy. You just find the file on the computer, then drag and drop it onto the tuner in My Computer, I think that was it, anyway. It should say "downloading" on the tuner. Plug it into the diagnostic in the car, then you go to programs and then if they're loaded on there it should say "preprogrammed" or something like that. Select that and then it says turn the key to on but do not start the car. Downloads the original file from the car, about a minute or two later it uploads the new program *BEEP BEEP*. Unplug, you're done. Oh and if it asks if you want to customize parameters, press cancel.

Don't have a Xcal (yet), but what sort of file did you download? Assuming it's a compressed zip file, later versions of Windows should have a built in zip extractor. If not, you can download free unzippers such as winzip to extract the file. You just have to tell it where to unzip or extract/uncompress the files...

Anytime... I want to check out your new spoiler and maybe I'll bring my laptop and we could do some datalogging just for fun. I will probably be at Bellmore this Friday.
