i might be wrong, but i dont think your car will run right if you retune it and not change the intake back to stock. they could use that as a reason not to touch it. good luck

I dont even see those DTCs on the diagnostic chart????

http://iihs.net/fsm/?dir=10&viewfile...scriptions.pdf

Take off the CAI and tune her back to stock.
The only problem isif theCAI and tune are throwing the codes
the dealership might not be able to find the problem with
the stock airbox and stock tune. Might be time to meet up with
the writer of the tune you are using.

alrighty thanks ill stick the stock intake back on, the code P2106 has a number of possible causes: MAF sensor fault, MAP sensor fault, TAC motor stuck open or closed, etc. and P0061 is the heater current requirements too low or high in the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) heater control circuit

If you're correct and the code does have to do with a maf problem I don't think the dealer will do anything if you have a cai installed. All they have to say is that the cai caused the problem and then you're out of luck. You're better off just taking the 15 minutes and bring it back to stock.

I was getting the same P0061 code when trying to run a Bama tune on the C&L setup I bought from VMP Tuning. We finally determined that the problem was with the combination of the tune Doug provided (which was based on the C&L intake kit) and the VMP MAF housing. The VMP MAF housing is 10 mm smaller in diameter that the C&L MAF housing. Once I got a C&L MAF housing I reloaded the Bama tune and everything worked great.
