the plastic is kinda thick to do it by hand...i did mine with a rotozip/dremmel tool.....got the template from frpp...make sure your printer is set at 100% size....

I did my cut with a box cutter/carpet knife. Although I did dril several small holes along the cut line to help keep it fairly straight. After I took a wine bottle and wrapped sand paper around it to smooth out the edge.

From what I understand, unless you are using the inserts for the bumper cut out that is included in the FRP, the hole will be too big.

A wine bottle wrapped in sandpaper is nice to
finish sanding the radius to near perfect round.
