It actually fits perfectley and smooth with the bumper and its only angled down cause i havent welded the hanger on it yet to hold it up more not sure what brand it is will get back to you on that

As you can see I did something to that effect with mine I think it came out great as far as looks go since it is tucked up snug with the bumper and if you click my cardomain page you can hear a somewhat crappy sound clip but all in all I did my whole exhaust setup for less than $800 and it replaced the cats back. In the end its your car if you like it who cares what anyone else thinks*unless whos thinking is your wife/GF/significant other and then you might have to care at least a little lol
