hey guys, i'm considering buying the BBK 70mm throttle body for my 07 V6, and i was wondering if this mod requires a new tune. i did some research already, but i wanted to be sure before buying. thanks for the help

Bad idea, don't buy an aftermarket TB.

They do not come with the electronics our cars need to function.

Therefore you have to re-use the one's that come on your car...doesn't sound too bad, but it causes major problems.

If you are looking for a larger throttle body, look into the Zabteck Performance one...

Why are you interested in a TB, why not an intake and a tune first?

i don't have enough money for the intake/tune combo i'm interested in yet (i need a job[:@]) i see what you're saying about the electronics though, that doesn't exactly seem like the best idea

Trust me...if you are short on money, just save it. I know it might be hard...but just save it for the CAI package.
