coolant cap leaking?? Help
i did my search and only found a few things to read, but none had the answer. i even read how the different tanks work. my car only leaks after a hard run on the track (autoX). no oil mixed, does not run hot, circulation is good. i work for a ford dealership and our service dept cant figure it out. lol the only thing that i have noticed is that the heater quits working when sitting at a stop light, after the antifreeze get low. refill and the heater works good. ohhh stop racing is not an option. hahahaha

Not aware of a TSB on this, all I know is that this summer when my coolant started to blow out through my cap it was the head gaskets.
My car ran fine and only did it after driving on the highway - never showed an overheating condition and the guage was fine.
