Slightly Wrecked...
Slightly wrecked...as in slightly pregnant!
Dude, you have allot more "tweaking" there than you can imagine. First, check with your insurance policy (DONT CALL THEM...calling them is just like claiming it)...just get the policy and figure out how it reads with tree strikes. It could come under comprehensive...probably not, but worth checking into. Some states are pretty pro-driver...some are very pro-ins co. Ie, some punk kid ran into my wife's car on his skateboard a few years back and it came out of our collision...ugghhh. If your folks have the deductible cranked up high...they are doing so to keep their bill within reason. Throwing a collision claim (or any claim) will raise it to astronomical levels...or cause them to be dropped altogether (happens all the time). Smart move eating this one.
Anyway, you really need to get your car on a lift and take a look at all drivetrain and suspension components. Our cars are not meant for rapid offroad travel...so it is worth getting a looksy under there.
Guess you can remove that bumper for sale...I was just about to PM you too...
