Yeah, they do, at least the one I got last summer had one. I used
a street scene V6 harness, cause I felt better with an upgraded
harness. By the way, the grill fits surprisingly well, better than the
oem one. The angel fogs are a little chintzy, but seems they all are.
Works great though, pretty good for the money.
