Default Is it safe to wash my recently-striped car?

i just had stripes put on monday. is it now safe for me to run my car through a brushless carwash?

I would assume its safe to WASH it, but I dont know about a car wash... I never have taken my car through a car wash, I always do it myself... I've heard too many horror stories about the car wash!

Personally I would wait another week before washing it if I were you... unless you can do it by hand.

i think it should be ok. I used to get mine done at an auto place, but the so called 'brushless' system scratched the side of my car. +1 on self wash!!

I think you should wait at least 2 weeks before washing it...Give it time to cure and whatnot.

dont wash for a full week ..u can wipe it down but no pressure wash..no brushless carwash....so did u decide to stay with the 1" stripe??.

Make sure you put on a good wax after the stripes have dried good.

FWIW, I never use a car wash...maybe a brushless would be ok.
