Yea the brackets are usually hard to come by unless you want to pay the dealership's high price but sometimes members on here will sell them.

So should I just hold off on upgrading the brakes or is it possible to change back and forth between the two for the winter? Any thoughts or opinions on the matter?
IMO, you should upgrade your brakes. If winter driving is a concern, then you could sell your 16's and pick up a set of 17" take-off wheels (I paid $35/wheel recently for 17" silver Bullits). With the 2nd set of wheels, you could mount up a set of winter driving tires. Lots of people like Blizzaks. I have a set of Pirelli SottoZero snow tires for the wife's vert. Having dedicated winter tires (not all-season) makes all the difference in the snow.

Yea I would do that if I didn't have only 15k on the new set of tires. I won't actually drive the mustang that much in the snow at all. I have an old jeep that I drive when the weather is bad. But I like to drive the mustang as much as possible but on good days in the winter up here there is so much salt and junk that I wouldn't want my new rims to get all that crap on them. So I think I will just stay with what I got til I at least run the tread off of them then I will go with that plan more than likely. Thanks for advice though.
