Default 05 V6 true dual???

I have a 2005 V6 and right now all I have done to it is a WMS high velocity CAI which I love. I was looking at my V6 into a true dual and am in need of some help.

So far this is what I have looked at doing. A Magnaflow catted Tru-X X-pipe and a Borla S-type all from AM.

anyone have any other suggestions on what I should do as far as making my V6 into a true dual exhaust?

Are you suggesting that I should get a H-pipe instead of the X?

I ran no crossover (no x, no h) for several years on my 6, and that sounded the best to me.

as far as mufflers go...I am a huge fan of Magnaflow. Their magnapack would probably sound great on your car.

running without a "X" or "H" pipe will rob you of power. you need the crossover to allow the exhaust to scavenge.

it's easy, and you can get a take-off "H" pipe for pretty cheap. Or get a cheapie "X" pipe...but the x will be more raspy sounding, which I'm wondering how that would sound with the V-6

I haven't put an aftermarket exhaust on a new V6 Mustang but unless I am mistaken in order to make it a "true dual exhaust" you are going to have to add another catalytic converter aren't you? Those things tend to be pretty expensive.
