No.

The bolt pattern is wrong. GM 5-bolt pattern is 5 x 4.75", your S197 Mustang is 5 x 4.50".

Even if the bolt circle did match, the offset might be a little too much positive. The 18 x 9.5" wide SVT wheels which should fit are only 45 mm offset. The 9 mm would show up as having that much less clearance on the strut side.

Keep in mind that 275/40-17 tires are more than an inch shorter than any of the OE Mustang tires . . .

OEM 16x7s are 39mm offset...
OEM 17x8s are 45mm offset....
OEM18x8.5s are 50mm offset...
I know as I have the 16s, 17s, and 18s in front of me....

Are you sure SVT 18x9.5s are not 50mm offset???

Yes.

I checked two different years of the FRPP catalog first, and the information for the 17 x 8 and 18 x 8.5 wheels there agrees with your offsets (I don't think FRPP even carries a 16" listing).
