I've had both. they're not that different from each other, though they both do have slightly different personalities.

personally, I like the bamachips one a little more than my brenspeed one.

And.... your shoot out assumes that the "best" tune is the one that give the best 1/4 mile track times. Most of us don't race, and those who do spend only a fraction of their time on the track. The "best" tune is the one that fits our particular situation and desires. It's really such an individual thing.

I'm going to get the Bama tune from AM can't beat free downloads for life, initial cost maybe expensive but in the long run not having to buy another tuner to keep up with the mods is well worth it to me

I'm going to get the Ford Racing CAI and custom tunes from American Muscle... not to ordered about who is better... they are both good from what I've heard... I have always dealt with AM and now that they have the Ford Racing CAI... that made my decision for me :-)
