Default New Coil, Wires and plug gap

Working around the X-Charger lately and got tired of working with thos short plug wires so I decided ty buy a Firepower upgrade kit (Livewire / Screamin Deamon coil) that is design for the X-Charger (6MUSTKIT-09-4.0X).

My question is that I have gone trough a bunch of threads and not sure wich gap to use. The manufacturer is suggesting 0.65" but I saw a couple of post suggesting not to go that high with the X to avoid blowing the spark.

Which gap should I use ?

This is a quote from an other forum that I found while searching, any comments ?

"The 5143's are what you want to run with boost. I would close the gap to .045 though. I found that the best gap to run with the coil pack and wires when I ran the X. I tired them gapped from .060 all the way down to .032."
