I want a GT Intake, will it work if I get a GT Throttle Body and a GT Intake along with a Tuner on a 4.0L V6? or is that not compatible at all?

 

No it will not work.

The 4.0 intake and throttle body are round. The 4.6 intake and throttle body are oval.

And if you are talking about using the actual intake manifold (the piece that sits on top of the engine and that the throttle body is attached to) -- again, No. It has 8 intake runners.

 

They do have a very few custom intake manifold for our 4.0 but at the cost compared to power gains... There are better mods

 

Where? I only know of 1 custom intake manifold.

 

If you got the GTs V8 engine as well...
Otherwise, its a no go.
Maybe if you blocked off the extra 2 ports with a rag or something...
Shoulda had a V8...
