3.31 gear an option without v6 performance pack

The X plan is a discount through my work, I work at the RR. It drops the price about $1500 on a v6 premium, to about $20500 with $1000 cash back.
I like the Shaker stereo! I'm shooting for the premium V6 with the 3.31 gear and Mustang Club pack. I would not be disappointed in the base with the manual and the 3.31 if that is the route I went.

You're right. I checked that car's VIN in the Ford Online window sticker viewer and it looks like a factory option. I was going by the Ford 2013 order guide, which says the 3.31 is only available with the Performance Package:
