So I have a silver 2007 Ford mustang with black deep dish bullit style rims. Im thinking of either doing a black out. If I did this I would get the black tail lights, decklid panel, and black back window louvers with silver side louvers. Black racing stripes as well.

Or I could forget the black out idea because everyone does it. Instead I could do blue racing stripes and rocker stripes on the bottom of the doors. (currently my rocker stripes are black) It would be similar to the 2008 GT500KR if I went the blue route.

Opinions? anyone do anything similar? I love both looks but I feel like the black out is overdone as good as it looks. The silver and blue is pretty unique not to many have done that.

I agree, there are a lot of silver/black combo Mustangs out there. Mine is black with some silver accents. LOL

If you do blue, go dark blue. Light blue with silver/gray looks ummm...gay, mkay?

both patterns are unique...why not black out with dark blue stripes? now im thinking of putting rally stripes on my 08.

I like the blue. I don't think I'd go for a "total blue-out" doing the wheels in blue, tinting the lenses blue, blue window tint.... Just the stripes. The nice thing about vinyl stripes is that you can take them off if you decide you want another look later.
