I know I should just go to the Ford dealership and take this up with them, but due to time contraints I won't be able to for a while and basically just want to know what is wrong before I can acutally go.

My driver side door handle seems to have a problem. It doesn't close all the way. Every time I use it I have to push it in that last 1/4 inch or so. It isn't a big deal (like the fact that about every 8 weeks my car won't start for the day) but it is a bit annoying, and considering the amount of work I have done to the car, I would like the basic stuff to work properly.

So, if anyone has an idea what is wrong, or has had the same problem please let me know. Then Ford can fix it along with the tail light and gas tank.

Never had a problem with my door, but I would be concerned about your car not starting for the day every 8 weeks? Whats up with that? Dude if you got a lemon, then Ford will give you a brand new car. I think if you take the car back 3 times for the same problem, they replace it. (At least thats what my Ford dealership told me when I bought mine - and yeah I know they probably say anything to sell a car, but it might actually be true).

It sucks because everytime I ahve it towed to Ford, it runs by the time they get to it. As far as they are concerned there is nothing wrong with it. Next time it happens I am going to have to do something about it. They have run all the tests they say they can so I guess I will just pray it doesn't happen again.
