15000 service from Ford - fuel filter question
Just had "the works" service. The tech said that I need a new air filter and he also recommended a new fuel filter.
I asked how much for the fuel filter - about $70. Air filter was $25
I said "No" to both. I found a Motorcraft fuel filter for $10.50. What was this guy thinking?

Actually...my air filter was really bad. Since a lot of places did not have them in stock (Napa's around my area) I took my dirty air filter out and slammed it on the ground a few times and put it back in. Tons of crap poured out. When I did replace my filter (STP- yeah...I'm a cheap ***) I did notice quite a difference in Pepiness.
