Lowering springs, without new shocks?
Ive always done the same thing. I lease a car, buy some springs off ebay for less than 200 bucks, then install them myself in my driveway without new shocks. Depending on the car and how far it drops, the stock shocks usually bottom out/blow after several months/years. Im not sure how the stock mustang shocks are, but Ive never really had a problem with this method, the handling is still better than stock and I just put the stock springs back in before returning the leased car. Has anyone dropped their 05-06 mustang without buying new shocks? I just wanna get some feedback before I do it to mine. Any recommendations for springs? I was looking at these...

the old suspension techniques company (had those on my camaro back in the day) is now springtech apparently. Doing all the work myself, ill drop my mustang 1.6" for about $150.
