Tires/Rims

Im planning on getting 17x8 Cobra R rims and getting Zeon ZPT tires
How to I know if the tires will fit the rims?

get a better brand of tire and go 245/45/17 front and 275/40/17 rear

Whats wrong with Zeons?
I get good deals on Cooper Tires (friend of the family runs a shop that sells them)thats why I chose those tires.
