Did you try the tape on fenders and on liner behind and drive it? Do you see ANY damage on either side of tire or wheel? (you will likely have to remove them to get a good look) Is the vibration at high speeds? Only up a hill at high speeds? Did you do ANY other work besides wheel/tire install reciently? Jack the car up and rotate the wheels, do they spin straight?

I cannot drive the car or look at it in person, so look closely for contact points between wheel/tire and fender.

alright, all that stuff you just mentioned ill try, the tape thing i did already though. they get damaged but not TOO bad, especially when i do u-turns... and that vibration happens when im doing slow turns, i feel some kind of vibration from the bottom of the car, i wonder what it is.... thats whats bothering me right now, the rubbing when i turn isn't too much of a big deal its that vibration thats getting to me! aahhh i'm really thinking of just selling these things and going back to my stock wheels

The vibration sounds like a suspension issue. If it were related to tires/wheels, it would likely get worse at higher speeds. I am thinking ball-joint or control arm, but referr this issue to Performance Handling section as many over there have very good knowledge on suspension. It is primarily an S197 section, so may encounter some resistance (RadioFlyer) by some.
