Default Backspacing/offset gods I need help....

Ok I've been searching for a while now and I have 17x9 1995 cobra wheels. I don't know the offset but I'm trying to figure out the offset I need for a 17x8 wheel so that the outside of the 17x8 sits close to where the outside of the 17x9 does.

Couple places to start...

First, RS Racing has some great info on how to not only measure back-space / off-set, but a graph of wheel widths and such ***HERE***. Second, the off-sets change approx. 5/8" between model years. So the Fox requires "about" 5/8" additional positive off-set to "fit" the same as the SN95. This goes likewise for the SN95 to the S197. These are APPROXIMATE numbers, but should help with your questions.
