Yeah, sorry to revive this, but I've actually been seeing some nice GT Premium's going for 27K....2011 GT Premiums.

However, I still may settle for the 2010, just because I can probably walk out the door on a nice 10 GT Premium for 21K or so, which is still a great deal to me.

Honestly I'd say go for the 2010...it's still plenty of power and when you're saving 20-25 percent that's significant. 6K can go a long way!

Wait for an 11 is my suggestion. My 2012 v6 is a few weeks away, and it will be worth the wait for the 300hp engine

love my '10 Vert!! I think it is a BLAST to drive...I have it tuned...put an exhaust on it and love it like no other car I have owned. My neighbor has an 05 with everything but a supercharger and I love his car too...but my is a vert and has sweet interior (red leather)....wouldn't spend any extra now to get an 11 or 12...cause I would be that much more into the original cost and I would still want to mod it!!

Get the 10...drive it...mod it....love it and save some cash...really, the difference may be great in HP...but in daily driving, how often are you slammin that pedal beyond say 60 mph??? is the cost difference worth the time difference????

Just a few random (5-6 labatt light) thoughts on the subject...

So I think I'm gonna hold off til the fall-December to buy a Mustang. I'm going to go for the 2011. I know if I get the 2010, I'll always see a 5.0 and instantly be like grrrr with regret.

But yeah. The prices will be cheaper by then too cause since summer is coming up, these cars are probably in their peak season, pricewise. Thanks everyone for your help.
