Hire it out...It cost me 25 bucks for a new one, but I used my insurance. You need special tools to remove the trim and then you need an adhesice seal cutter to get the glass out. You should have a pro put the new glass in just to be safe.

Get a windshield knife (basically a long handled box cutter) and cut thru the urethane on the inside. When you have a hole in the urethane stick a piece of piano wire thru the hole and attach a pair to vise grips to each end.
Have somebody help you saw it up and down. Spray the urethane with WD40 to reduce heat. If done right the glass will come out in one piece.
Im assuming youre buying one already ready to go in and just cutting your busted one out.
If you have to cut a good one out youll need to be really careful not to break it. Its very easy to break.
