im *finally* getting ready to install my heads today, and just wanted to know if there is a right or left. they look the same to me, and both ends have holes tapped for smog and accessories.

just wanted to make sure, so i can do it right the first time.

all small block ford heads are

Some heads have the smog tube holes in the back of the heads, plus it seems the accessory holes would have to be to the front of the engine.

The heads should have the thermactor and accessory holes on both ends of the heads. Shouldn't matter which side you put the head on.

thanks guys, thas what i thought, but i wanted to make sure. i *think* i read some after market heads might not be reversible, thats why i wanted to make sure, since my headers are already installed to speed p the proccess.
