Default RE: heads

They flow a little better than cobra heads. People on Ebay and Craigslist are selling them for way to much. I m geting over buying them, anyway Id rather buy new or get some AFR's.
Oh yea explorer heads weigh 25lb a piecemore than GT40x's and I know the intake weighs more.

Default RE: heads

There were2 different heads that came on the Exploder, depending on the year. They came with GT40 heads, and GT40P heads. Both will fit any 302 or 351W (if you drill them out for 1/2" head bolts). The GT40P heads flow a little better than the regular 40s even with slightly smaller valves. Search this forum and you'll find everything you need to know about these heads.
