This isnt entirely true either.On the earlier fords they used a GRADE 8 bolt that was reuseable.

It wasnt until the later years that they came out with the TTY or TORQUE TO YEILD bolts that did in fact have to be changed.

even the reuseable ones have their limits and often carry a stretch spec
