Default GT40 Upper Tubular Throttle Body Bolts

Hello!

So i have been looking into GT40 tubulars.

Why do some intakes have 4 bolts for the throttle body and some intakes do not have and studs for the throttle body ect?

How do you connect the, throttle body and such with out the studs?
