Default 1969 Mustang Grande- Horn relay location

I can not seem to find the horn relay. I read it is supposed to be under the instrument panel on the right side. What does it look like?

i thought only the 19641/2 had horn relays ...
I checked on the 69 wiring diagram and I can't find a relay in there either.
it goes straight from the indicator/directional switch through the firewall to the horns.

if you want to check the horns, simply disconnect the cable on top of them (this assumes they only have one cable connecting to them) and run a temporary wire from battery+ to where the cable attached on the horn. the horn should beep. If not it doesn't have ground or is faulty

There is no horn relay on the 1969 Mustang.

Now, if you want to add one, there are kits.
