Acb97svt

I just bought a 97 cobra. It has all the typical aftermarket parts; jlt intake, long tubes and full exhaust. It came with a Bama/sct tuner. How do I tell what tune, if any, is on the car?
Also, the timing chains, guides, etc were just replaced. After this work was done, I got the p1518 code. Did the intake have to be taken off to do the timing? It doesn't seem to have any power deficits at any rpm.
