This 2009 Mustang Bullitt’s night run against a Chevy Blazer quickly turns into one hell of a scare.

The outside temperature was over 100 degrees, and as such, the new Ford GT refused to start for a gathering of onlookers.

The nitrous tank was sitting in the back of the Fox Body, and the heat of the Texas sun was enough to cause the tank to burst, ripping the Mustang apart.

I love turbo cars. They make great wooshy noises and generally have enough horsepower and torque to restart a small planet’s gravitational field. Unfortunately, the turbo Mustang you see here hasn’t really been tuned properly and, well, things go wrong quickly.
