I just installed the Roush Louvers on my '06. I didn't really like the look of the exposed screw heads. I called Roush and they don't make covers for them, so I found my own solution. I used black screw covers (#4 and #6 covers from Lowes) and attached them using mounting putty. I have before and after pics and pics of the supplies if anyone wants them.

 

yes, send pics. I just had mine Roush Louvers painted and was getting ready to install. Any trouble with the install? I bought touch up paint to paint screws but I like your idea and would like to see.

I used Mounting Putty I got at the office supply store (it's like sticky silly putty). The screw covers are hinged (for #4 or #6 screws) and Icut off the cover. I put a small ball of putty under the cover and stuck it over the screws. I was worried it wouldn't hold, but they haven't come of yet.

The precise reason why I haven't gotten the Roush scoops...the exposed screws make it look sloppy
