Run some fiber optics up to the guage cluster from each individual light.

I have the CDC ones and I love them. Sadly I can't see them in action cause I am never behind my car.

You realize you can install your own 3rd brake light flasher by simply splicing in a blinker flasher into the hot wire? I've done that several times over the years....makes people look twice....
