Kinda off topic. In your last pic, there are black marks around the outer rim of your brake rotor? Any idea what they are from? Is it a different type of rotor?

THAT is "Road Kill" gutts stuck on the rotor... Blue lives in the "Out Back".

The parking brake didn't release all the way one time because it froze. I didn't notice it until about 1/4 mile down the road when it started to expand from heat. There is a TSR on that and I haven't been able to get it back to the dealer since then. It will have to wait until I get the car back from the shop and I will see what the dealer can do. They treat me with kid gloves since I have bought about 7 vehicles from them in the past 7 years.

I have the same thing from my Ford dealer, 13 vehicles in 20 years from the same place. I show up and everybody is Johnny on the spot and ready to take care of anything. Nice feeling but they are making a killing off of me too soooooo...
