Default Dry kit for 05 stang

While the zex kit loooks awesome, I have read about the term "puddling" which is where the fuel sprayed in the intake can come together and cause a hazzard if there is a backfire and could blow up.

Why are people not going with a dry kit?

What are the advantages with each one and which one is the route to go for SAFTEY issues as as far as keeping the engine in running condition?

Thanks,
Michael
